Care Point Gold WholeHealth in Yaletown is looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial,
service oriented Skin Care Therapist to join our team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Welcome clients to the treatment space and engage them in conversation to determine the services that they need
 Take notes regarding each client’s medical/skin history and ensure that appropriate precautions are taken so that the condition is not aggravated
 Build a skin care business collaboratively with the organization
 Actively engage in bi-weekly training for new products and services provided by the organization
 Provide clients with knowledge of different types of available treatments and suggest appropriate treatments for individual clients
 Explain treatment procedure and provide information about tools and products used during treatments
 Assist clients in preparing for treatment by providing them with robes and putting their clothing away
 Perform treatment activities according to each client’s needs with their comfort in mind
 Build rapport with clients  during treatments to ensure their well-being during the procedure
 Maintain clients records including demographic information, medical histories and appointments
 Follow-up with clients on new treatments and refills of products
 Uphold the standards of hygiene and sterilization as directed by law and the clinic’s policies and procedures
 Maintain a constructive attitude and add toward a quality work environment
 Help in all areas of clinic operation as requested by organization

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:
 Esthetics certification
 Minimum 1 year of esthetics experience in similar position (Preferred)
 Excellent bedside manner and customer service skills
 Superior communication skills and command of the English language (other languages considered an asset)
 Superior ability to connect with clients and make them feel cared for and comfortable
 Sales and results driven
 Open to learn about new products and services
 Able and willing to learn new services and technologies
 Able to multitask
 Ability to work independently or as a team
