Can I use my provincial medical services plan card?
Yes. Some procedures are not covered, so please feel free to ask our doctor.

Do you have medical physicians on at all times?
Yes....Care Point Medical Centres take pride in the quality of our medical teams who are on duty at all times, including male and female physicians.

What if I am not a resident of British Columbia?
We welcome valid Canadian CareCards like OHIP, and others. Just check with the Medical Office Assistant upon arrival. Also, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, American Express, cash and numerous travel insurance cards.

What are Care Point Medical Centres?
Care Point Medical Centres are walk-in medical clinics established in 1986 as comprehensive family practices providing a full range of medical services to anyone, with no appointment necessary!

Are different languages spoken at Care Point?
Yes....our medical teams speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin, French, German, Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian, Taisam, Fukien, Spanish, Portugese, Ukrainian, Czech, Slovak, Korean, Punjabi, Gujarati, Hindi, Kuchi, Tagalog, Cambodian, Thai and other languages as well.

Why or when should I go to a Care Point physician?
If you think you need to see a physician at any time, and you don't currently have a family doctor, or, if your family doctor isn't available, then you should definitely visit Care Point Medical Centres as we are open 7 days a week.
